We've been listed by The Independent as one of the UK's Top 50 Delicatessens and described as 'the antithesis of some of the more chi-chi delis'. We always strive to ensure we only stock the highest quality food and we're proud of our growing reputation.

Fresh Basil is owner managed, which means we have complete control over exactly what we sell in store. Our counters are constantly stocked with home cooked meats, pates, pies, fresh salads, cakes and marinated olives. Additionally, our artisan cheese counter offers a hand-picked selection of over 60 varieties. We know that the food is what our customers come for and that's why we are such sticklers for detail !The Eaterie is our sit-in Cafe area, providing a homely atmosphere in which to enjoy our wares, whether it be a cup of coffee & a piece of cake or one of our famous Deli Tapas Boards.
